What file types do you accept?
My embroidery setup supports the following file formats: BMP, JPG, PNG, WMF, EMF, EPS, and CDR.
If you’re unsure which format your design is in, feel free to upload what you have — I’ll review it and let you know if it works or needs adjusting.
How can I make my file smaller without losing quality?
You can crop away empty background space, save in a common format (JPG or PNG), and avoid overly detailed elements that may not stitch clearly.
Can I get a quote if my logo isn’t digitised?
Yes of course! If your design is a sketch, illustration, or logo, I can help convert it into a stitch-ready format. Please upload a clear, high-quality image (e.g., JPG or PNG) — the better the image, the better the embroidery result!
What should I keep in mind when creating a design for embroidery?
Avoid tiny, detailed elements – very fine lines or small text don’t stitch clearly. Simple, bold designs always work best in thread.
Will my design look exactly the same when embroidered?
I’ll do my best to match your design, but embroidery has texture and thread limitations. Very fine details or small text may need adjustment to stitch well.
